Play Area Inclusive Equipment

The Elton Parish Council has installed some new 'Inclusive' equipment in the Play Area, to give more access to the disabled children in the village. The Primary School joined the Parish Council and representatives from Protos, CF Fertizers, Local Police, Helsby Council, Scouts and CWAC to officially open the ground on Thursday 27th June 2019.
