November meeting of the Parish Council

Hope everyone is getting cosy as the nights draw in.
We will be holding our usual monthly meeting at the Community Centre on Monday 10 November, starting at 7pm. We are welcoming two candidates who are hoping to take a seat as a new parish councillor. We will also be chewing through the numbers on our budget proposal to ensure we have enough money to maintain the assets we own, cover the administration of the parish council and make some enhancements to the village in 2026-2027. You can find the agenda for the meeting, the spreadsheet and explanation for the budget proposal below. The proposal will be discussed by councillors and is an indication at the moment, not a certainty. We will not make a final decision until December when CWaC provides the Band D figures. If that all sounds a bit complicated, then do come along to the meeting where we talk about it in plain English and you can ask any questions and make any observations.
